SHIPPING

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.  This will normally be within 2 days.  If I am at a show, it could be up to 5 days. If I need to dye your yarn, it could take up to 10 days.  I will inform you if this is the case.

Items are shipped Royal Mail First Class.  Orders to the UK worth over £50 will require a signature on delivery (at no extra cost to you).  If you are in Europe, you can choose between untracked delivery or tracked delivery.  Items to other countries will be tracked at 5 points along their journey and will require a signature on delivery.  I may choose to send your item via a courier if I think it will be more advantageous.

Timing: Please note that first class international mail can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks (typically around 3 weeks). 

I will ship straight to a giftee, as well as include a personal note if requested; please leave a note at checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE - International buyers- any buyers outside the UK- are responsible for any and all Customs charges, VAT or taxes and additional postage handling fees.

INSURANCE - orders are insured up to the value provided by Royal Mail.  If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact me immediately.

I will always drop you a note when your package has shipped.

Debonnaire strives only to recover actual shipping costs, and, in an effort to hold costs down, we do not charge handling fees. We appreciate your business, and hope you will look to Debonnaire for all your knitting projects.

HAND DYED YARN

Please keep in mind that the actual yarn colour may differ from what you see on your monitor.  All yarns are dyed in small batches and may vary slightly even within a dye lot. If you order more than one skein, I will choose those that tone together the best.  For a good colour transition when starting a new skein alternate a few rows with the old skein. Please purchase enough for your project.  The meterage of the yarn is measured before the yarn is dyed.

DYES

The dyes I use are commercial grade so your yarn will not fade, and are non toxic and low impact on the environment.  I don't use any harsh chemicals in any step of the dying process.

RETURNS POLICY

If you have any concerns with your order, please do contact me as soon as possible to resolve these.  Customer service is paramount to me, and I will always do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Legally, you may return your package as received within 14 days of receipt for a refund.  Return postage will be at your own expense.

OUR NEW PRIVACY POLICY

We wanted to let you know that we've updated our Privacy Policy in line with new data protection laws, which come into effect on 25 May 2018. 

We take our data privacy responsibilities very seriously at Debonnaire and we want you to understand and feel confident about how we collect, store and handle your personal data which we do not share.

Facebook Plugin: The Facebook plugin displays our latest posts from our Facebook page, if you are logged into Facebook on your device your profile will be loaded by Facebook.
